We specialize in handcrafted products like Madurkathi mats, jute bags and décor, and other eco-conscious crafts — all made by skilled Indian artisans using traditional, sustainable techniques.

 

 

2. Are your products handmade?

Yes, all our products are 100% handmade by rural artisans across India. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in color, weave, or dimensions are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

 

 

3. Where do you ship?

We ship across India and currently offer international shipping to the USA, Europe, Australia, and UAE. For other regions, feel free to contact us at support@hastasilpa.in.

 

 

4. How long does delivery take?

  • India: Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • International: Orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

 

5. How much does shipping cost?

  • Domestic shipping within India is free on prepaid orders above a certain amount (as displayed at checkout).

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier charges.

 

 

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier link to follow your shipment.
